4. Dizziness, Lightheadedness, and Headache
It’s not fun to feel dizzy and lightheaded, especially when you’re at work or school. If you get up from your seat, and you’re suddenly dizzy or lightheaded, you may be nervous and have a panic attack. That just makes the whole situation worse. You often see low blood sugar, dizziness, and panic attacks together. If you’re dizzy at work, worrying and having a panic attack will just make it worse.
All of sudden, your vision gets blurry, you can’t hear as much, you’re getting head rushes, you feel sick to your stomach, and your heart is beating too fast. That’s a tough thing to go through at work. It can be embarrassing if all your coworkers see you doing it. If you feel dizzy or lightheaded, sit down and have a candy bar or an orange juice.
Don’t push yourself so hard, lay off the caffeine, and eat some healthy snacks throughout the day at work in the future. If you have a headache, take ibuprofen, ensure that you’re drinking enough water, down an orange juice, and lay down for 15 minutes.
