5. Dizziness
Most of the time if a person is feeling dizziness associated with their blood sugar levels it is because the blood sugar has become to low. This is called hypoglycemia. Dizziness is often a symptom of this rather than hyperglycemia, which is when the blood sugar becomes too high.
However, dizziness may be caused by hyperglycemia as well. Dizziness occurs when the brain does not get enough glucose. This could be that it is not getting the right kind of glucose or because it simply is not getting. Either way, the feeling of dizziness may come on quite suddenly and can cause many issues such as nausea or even vomiting if it is quite severe.
If you are suffering from frequent dizzy spells in combination with some of the other symptoms on this list, it is likely that your blood sugar levels are to blame as they are likely either too high or too low.
